3rd Tutorial..

I'm done 2 of my tutorials now i ahvve to work on the third one which is on the different layouts of microsoft word. How you can look at your work in different ways...It's due on Wednesday and we have a test on word on wednesday too..most of them are already taken..so everyone is running out on what to do the really complicated ones are the only ones avalaible gladly i got an easy topic..suppose itz my lucky day yey...yea..nows da sad mews whivh is not that thrillin.. newzz..is kamini is leavin today to russia...anywayz..im gona miss her..other than that I going christmas shopping today..bye for now

Catching Up..

I was away on the last two days, Monday and Tuesday, had a very bad cold and high fever so was unable to come to school. While i was away i was told by my friends that in Computer class we were learning how to make a mail merge document. I had no idea how to do it. Today we have a supply teacher so we are working on our mail merge. I'm done mine what I basically learned is that first we have to make 5 fields of our own. Then we fill in the information we want those 5 fields to have for 5 different people. Then what we do is format our leter, the way we want it to be, keep in mind the 5 fields have to be involved with the letter. Once your done on formatting your letter save it. Then you do the 3rd step(last one) You go Mailmerge and then press mailmerge there your done! Clapping..lol After thay you go to the drop off folder and drop it off so that the teacher can view it...Fini!!

The Tutorials For our Book on MIcrosoft Word..

Yesterdat our class decided to take on the challenge of creating a book on microsoft word. We are planning to work on it for a few weeks and publish it..There will be editors who will have their names on the front page of the book, their job is to make sure the tutorials done by the others are perfect and explaniable to readers, the people who wrote the original tutorial will have their names on a page inside the book, this will all happen if we manage to get things done..My first tutorial was on Header and Footer. I wrote on how to use a header and footer the steps you have to go through and of what use it is.

Since this tutorial was an advanced feature microsoft word offers what i have to do next is on a basic and often used feature....(which is quite easy)

That is about all i ahve to say right now next blog will give more updates on how the books are going..
