Catching Up..

I was away on the last two days, Monday and Tuesday, had a very bad cold and high fever so was unable to come to school. While i was away i was told by my friends that in Computer class we were learning how to make a mail merge document. I had no idea how to do it. Today we have a supply teacher so we are working on our mail merge. I'm done mine what I basically learned is that first we have to make 5 fields of our own. Then we fill in the information we want those 5 fields to have for 5 different people. Then what we do is format our leter, the way we want it to be, keep in mind the 5 fields have to be involved with the letter. Once your done on formatting your letter save it. Then you do the 3rd step(last one) You go Mailmerge and then press mailmerge there your done! Clapping..lol After thay you go to the drop off folder and drop it off so that the teacher can view it...Fini!!
