Address Fun..

The next portion of our business look making professional is to contact clients, by means of a business letter. An advantage in this step is to your clients your business will be more professional and less on the amateur side. There maybe faster ways like email or text messaging but the thought of actually mailing a letter buy a stamp shows people how serious you are.
An important factor to know is that your business letter follows the MLA format. The first step is to create this letter using the letterhead template.
So your address should be on the top left corner of your letter. For example:

Anne Seria
22 Wilvao, Apt.#303
Forville, Evergreenland
D27 2F4
Then you put your clientz address directly below your address leaving maybe 2-3 spaces.
Dwayna Soho
55 Waterway, Apt.# 222
Wetlands, Evergreenland
M26 1G5
After this step you begin writing your letter. There must be beginning and middle and end. Try to keep it intact not too short or long. Long may be a bit boring to clients. Short letters might not be very specific. When you address your clients use their last name its more professional.
Dear Ms. Soho,
I would like to offer you with my magical potions business...more..more..etc..
After a the letter close it with your name, leave mayb 4-5 spaces for your signature.

Movin on...2 assgnmnts.

Ok now that the logo part is done with we have to move on with our next to assignments which is a letterhead and business cards. Im trying to figure out how much information should be put in the card as well as letterhead. Mr. case suggested us to go to a few websites and find out information about how much information is put in both letterhead and card and where you format it.

I'm still working on my logo trying to make it simple but more appealing..but just to give you a few tips on letterheads this particular website was most informative so far..although it's not quite exact. Go to http://glossary.ippaper.com/default.asp?req=knowledge/article/410&catitemid=52&floater=disabled
for more information.
-Include your logo in your letterhead. That way your work is more professional and appealing to clients.
-Do not use more that one or two fonts for your letterhead.
- Plan the format as in have the letterhead on top following the necessary information.
- pick a color suitable to your business, so clients get the right emotion.
-Be creative by using gradients to blend the colors
Include:
- logo
- company address and name
- your name
- necessary and alternate phone numbers.
- e-mail address
- logan

LOGO MAKING

A person who is starting their own business, it's vital for them to make an impression on their clients. One such way is to make a logo/trademark that’s related to my business and helps clients remember your services. There are many important part in creating a logo. Here are a few such tips to remember:1. Simplicity: your logo shouldn't be filled with images or information. It should be easy to remember. As well you can add a slogan that will remind people of your service.
2. Uniqueness: Your logo musn’t look like any other trademark. This can create problem and confuse people thinking your business is something else.
3. Colors: colors used on your logo should be in every single media that it’s advertised in. Example, your logo must be recognizable in a b&w newsprint or a colorful advertisment in a website. Use colors to portray emotions you want your clients to feel when they think of your service. Use bright power colors maybe red, orange or yellow. To give a nice peaceful look you should use green or blue.
4. Compatibility: your logo should go with your business name. Such as, if your symbol is representing or looks like some kind of activity, but your business name says "Comfort Sleep", it shows a message to people to not go for your service. Try to avoid this. That's basically what you have to remember. To go into further depth into the explanations, you can visit these websites:-

FLASH>MOTION>MOVIE!!!

We learned about Flash!!...I was away and we had to make our own short flash movie, it had to be simple and easy. I was away so I've got time to hand it in.
Macromedia Flash is used for animations that move. We were taught how to tween, this will help us make things move in our movie. It's easy to use since there is no need to make-up individual frames..its all there, making as simple as can be.
The thing that might help out anyone who uses this program is that coincedentaly it's related with photoshop. It has layers, and similar tools. The difference is that there is timeline at the top part of the window. Here you get to see how your animation works.
To make a movement for your animation highlight a bunch of frames, then right click and click on 'Copy Key Frame'. Once you've done this at the bottom part for create motion you select'Tween'.Then move the object you want to show motion, Tween is basically a movement tool.
But do not forget that Tween can only show your action from where you started, to where you stop. Things such as flips and turns in the middle of the action will not be recorded. This motion will remain the same if you play it, without any change.
Right now I have to work on my Publisher assignment, then flash and stocks so bye for now!
